Dr Will

Managing Partner, Lead Hair Transplant Doctor

Dr Will Jarvis is a UK born and trained doctor. He graduated from University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and a Bachelor of Medical Sciences.

He went on to complete Diplomas in both Tropical Medicine and Disaster Relief. He moved to Australia to work as an Emergency Doctor and has worked overseas doing humanitarian work during this time. He remains a reserve field doctor for Doctors without Borders, in the event of a global natural disaster.

During his time working in the Emergency Department, he gained an interest in cosmetic medicine and practiced this extensively alongside emergency medicine, working with Fresh Clinics and independently as a cosmetic injector. He became interested in hair transplant and was trained internally under Dr Sam and Thelma at Elite Hair Clinic in the latest micro FUE transplant techniques. He has also trained internationally with the London Hair Restoration Training Academy and is completing a Professional master’s degree in Hair Transplantation. Dr Will has now taken over from Dr Sam as Lead Hair Transplant Doctor for EHC.

Managing Partner, Senior Hair Technician

Elite Hair Clinic’s Senior Transplant Technician, Thelma Milsop has almost 25 years of experience in FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) and

FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction).

In 2000, Thelma developed an interest in hair transplantation and began her training under Dr Peter Panagotacos, a pioneering member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) since 1994. Dr Panagotacos is a renowned Dermatologist and Hair Transplant Specialist in San Francisco who is well respected within the medical community for his technical skill, conservative treatment philosophy, and surgical artistry. Thelma also worked alongside her sister, Carmen Pollard who was Dr Panagotacos’s Senior Technician at the time.

While with Dr Panagotacos, Thelma was also responsible for setting up workshops and seminars for the purpose of training and educating Doctors and Technicians.

Thelma then brought these skills to Australia and has since worked with leading Hair Transplant doctors and surgeons around Australia, New Zealand, USA and England. She has been in the medical field for over 25 years and is passionate about the science and evolution of Hair Restoration. Thelma is a highly respected mentor within her field and has trained many other, now highly skilled and successful hair transplant technicians.

Thelma is constantly improving her skills, studying and tweaking her incredibly vast specialist techniques to make sure she is at forefront of FUE innovation and technology. She is currently completing further accreditation with the London Hair Restoration Training Academy to further add to her long list of continued training.

Thelma has now partnered up with Dr Will and together with their growing team they are delivering the best results to their patients!

Hair Transplant Doctor

Dr Sam Freedman is Australian born and educated Doctor. Graduated from University of NSW with BMBS in 1991. He worked extensively in Emergency

Medicine in the early stages of his career, moving into General Practice in 2002. Dr Sam ran his own highly successful medical practice in Sydney for over 10 years prior to establishing Elite Hair Clinic with Thelma in 2016.

Dr Sam has run EHC with Thelma incredibly successfully and with fantastic results for the past 7 years. He has spent the last few years training the future doctors of Elite Hair Clinic in the most up to date and finely tuned methods of micro-FUE hair transplantation to ensure the clinic’s legacy continues. EHC provides the most up to date, safe, pain-free (ish) and successful FUE procedures possible with outcomes that rival any clinic nationally AND internationally! Dr Sam has now stepped down to go back to working as a GP for the final few years in the run up to his retirement. He is still actively involved as an advisor, mentor and friend of Elite Hair Clinic!

Hair Transplant Doctor

Dr. Harry Power completed medical school in Dublin, Ireland before moving across to Australia.

He has rotated through many surgical centres of excellence in Dublin, Melbourne and Sydney in the areas of plastic surgery, orthopaedic surgery and general surgery. He is currently completing a masters of surgery at the University of Sydney. He is also interested in the area of facial aesthetics and offers consultations to help in achieving your most confident you!

Gabby

Nurse

Gabby is a Registered Nurse from the UK with extensive experience in acute hospital settings across various specialties.

After relocating to Australia in 2022, she has worked in both public and private acute hospitals in Sydney.

Joining Elite Hair Clinic in 2023, Gabby discovered her passion for hair transplants. She finds fulfilment in supporting patients throughout their journey and witnessing the positive impact on their confidence. Working alongside a friendly and knowledgeable team has enhanced her experience.

Gabby is committed to providing the best possible care to patients while ensuring they have a pleasant experience during their time at the clinic.

Gio

Technician

Giovanni, a Hair Transplant Technician at Elite Hair Clinic, was born and raised in Brazil.

With extensive experience in aesthetics, he trained in Biomedicine and completed a postgraduate degree in aesthetics, managing his own clinic in Brazil.
Giovanni is deeply passionate about Hair Transplantations, having worked for two years at a hair transplant clinic in Brazil. He finds immense motivation in seeing patients satisfied with their results and is dedicated to constantly improving his skills. A particularly rewarding experience was assisting with his father’s hair transplant, which gave him a unique, personal insight into the transformative impact of his work. Giovanni is committed to advancing his craft and continuing to learn at Elite Hair Clinic.

Leidy

Technician

Leidy Ariza, originally from Colombia, moved to Sydney in September 2022. Before relocating,

she worked in Colombia as an administrative and accounting assistant and a Junior Database Analyst. In Sydney, Leidy embarked on a journey of learning, starting with a nine-month English course and currently pursuing a Diploma in Project Management.
For the past year and three months, Leidy has been deeply immersed in the field of hair transplantation at Elite Hair Clinic. Working alongside highly skilled doctors and staff, she has gained extensive hands-on experience and continues to evolve in this specialized area.
As a Junior Technician, Leidy finds her greatest satisfaction in seeing patients happy with their results. She takes pride in contributing to their journey towards happiness and is dedicated to honing her skills in hair transplantation.

Rojeh

Technician

Rojeh brings nine years of expertise in hair transplantation to Elite Hair Clinic. Trained in both French and Turkish

methods, he holds a certificate as a Hair Transplantation trainer from the Cambridge Institute in Iraq.
Starting his career in Lebanon, Rojeh worked alongside highly skilled French doctors, conducting numerous training courses and performing one to two procedures daily to meet high demand. Moving to Northern Iraq, he collaborated with talented Turkish professionals, establishing a prominent hair transplantation center. Promoted to center supervisor, Rojeh performed up to three procedures daily, showcasing his proficiency in both French and Turkish techniques.
With over 2,000 hair transplant procedures under his belt, Rojeh’s passion for his work is evident. The joy he finds in his clients’ satisfaction is unparalleled, driving his commitment to excellence. His move to Australia has granted him new opportunities in a peaceful environment, further fueling his enthusiasm for his craft.

Technician

Rami Ashkar is a dedicated hair transplant technician with two years of experience at a Turkish center in Erbil, Iraq, starting in 2018.

Upon moving to Australia, Rami eagerly sought opportunities to continue his work in hair transplantation, driven by his passion for the field.
Joining Elite Hair Clinic a year ago, Rami is delighted with the team’s consistent delivery of outstanding results. He is proud to be part of a team that strives to maintain its position as one of the premier hair transplant centers in Australia.

Elyssa

Technician

Elyssa, a Senior Planting Technician at Elite Hair Clinic, has been dedicated to hair restoration since 2017.

With years of experience, including clinical training roles at VERO Hair Restoration/Venus Concept Australia, she brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Currently pursuing research at Western Sydney University, Elyssa’s commitment to academic excellence complements her professional ethos.
She prioritizes patient comfort and satisfaction, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere throughout procedures. Elyssa finds fulfillment in witnessing patients’ happiness with their results, reflecting her dedication to excellence. Linda

Technician

Linda discovered her passion for hair restoration while working in hairdressing. In 2020,

she seized the opportunity to train as a hair transplant technician in Sydney, mastering various procedures like FUT, FUE, and Artas.
Joining Elite in 2023 has been a career highlight for Linda. Working alongside Dr. Will, Thelma, and their exceptional team, she values the wealth of expertise and knowledge they share. Together, they are dedicated to delivering outstanding results and positive experiences for every client.

Duygu

Technician

Duygu is a Senior Planting Technician at Elite Hair Clinic with seven years of experience in the Hair Transplant field.

Originally from Turkey, she studied Surgical Assistance at Istanbul Nişantaşı University and worked with Plastic Surgeons in Kayseri and Istanbul. Before moving to Australia, she served as a Hair Transplant Coordinator at a private clinic in Turkey.
Duygu is deeply passionate about Hair Transplantation and is dedicated to providing exceptional results for clients. She continuously seeks to upskill and educate herself, having attended numerous training sessions and health conferences in general surgery assisting, hair transplantation, first aid, intensive care, and patient psychology. She holds over 30 professional certificates.

Ed

Practice Manager & Marketing Lead

Ed is the Practice Manager at Elite Hair Clinic. Originally from rural Suffolk in the UK, he brings a wealth of diverse experience

to his role at Elite Hair Clinic in Australia. His journey began in 2009 when he founded Red Echo Events, an event management company at the forefront of experiential events.
In 2016, Ed swapped the bustling streets of London for the sunny shores of Australia. Using his experience from running Red Echo, he transitioned into a focus on Marketing and Sales. This background helps him ensure every patient receives exceptional care and guidance throughout their hair restoration journey, from the initial phone call through to the extensive aftercare extending to 18 months and beyond.
Known for his personable nature and dedication to patient well-being, Ed is deeply committed to providing outstanding aftercare and support. He thrives on empowering patients with knowledge and ensuring they feel confident at every stage of their treatment.
