Dr Will
Managing Partner, Lead Hair Transplant Doctor
He went on to complete Diplomas in both Tropical Medicine and Disaster Relief. He moved to Australia to work as an Emergency Doctor and has worked overseas doing humanitarian work during this time. He remains a reserve field doctor for Doctors without Borders, in the event of a global natural disaster.
During his time working in the Emergency Department, he gained an interest in cosmetic medicine and practiced this extensively alongside emergency medicine, working with Fresh Clinics and independently as a cosmetic injector. He became interested in hair transplant and was trained internally under Dr Sam and Thelma at Elite Hair Clinic in the latest micro FUE transplant techniques. He has also trained internationally with the London Hair Restoration Training Academy and is completing a Professional master’s degree in Hair Transplantation. Dr Will has now taken over from Dr Sam as Lead Hair Transplant Doctor for EHC.
Dr Andy
Hair Transplant Doctor
Dr Andrew Crimmins is a UK-born and UK-trained medical doctor who graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) and a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (BMedSci), and also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Leeds.
He completed his early medical training in the UK before relocating to Australia in 2024, where he worked in both inner-city and rural emergency departments. Dr Crimmins now practises as a consulting doctor at Elite Hair Clinic Sydney, specialising in hair restoration and hair transplant procedures. He takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, addressing both the medical and aesthetic aspects of hair loss to deliver tailored, evidence-based care.
Dr Hayden
Hair Transplant Doctor
Dr Hayden is a medical practitioner born and raised in Sydney with extensive acute hospital experience prior to his transition to hair transplant and aesthetic medicine. Dr Hayden completed medical school at the University of Sydney before spending multiple years in acute hospitals around Sydney and rural Australia.
He has additional degrees in medical science, children’s health, and pharmacy. He rotated through various specialties including emergency medicine, dermatology, orthopaedic surgery and cardiology. Dr Hayden made the decision to transition into hair transplant medicine where he thrives from the satisfaction of assisting patients feel more comfortable and happy in themselves.
Dr Hayden enjoys taking time to work with his patients in designing their new hairlines on procedure day and also providing support in their recovery process.

Practice Nurse Manager
Originally from the UK, Jess is the Practice Nurse Manager at our hair transplant clinic, bringing experience in both district nursing in London and community nursing in Australia.
After relocating to Australia in 2024, she continued her work in community care before moving into the hair restoration field. Growing up, she imagined becoming either a nurse or a hairdresser — a path that has come full circle as she now combines clinical expertise with aesthetic focus to support patients through their hair restoration journey.
Dedicated, calm and patient-focused, Jess ensures every individual feels informed, comfortable and well cared for throughout their experience at the clinic.
Nurse
Selina is an Australian Registered Nurse holding a degree in the Bachelor of Nursing, bringing a strong clinical background and a genuine passion for patient care to the Elite Hair Clinic team.
She holds multiple clinical certifications, including cannulation, infection control, medication administration, immunisation (including Yellow Fever) and has developed broad experience across general practice clinics, WHS/occupational health centres, and specialist medical clinics. This diverse background has shaped her into a confident, detail-oriented nurse who prioritises safety, comfort, and outstanding patient outcomes.
Selina discovered her passion for hair restoration and transplant medicine through hands-on experience in aesthetic and regenerative treatments, where she saw first-hand the powerful impact hair restoration can have on confidence and quality of life. Being part of a team that helps patients feel like the best version of themselves is what truly drives her.
She thoroughly enjoys working alongside the Elite Hair Clinic team, assisting in procedures, supporting patients throughout their journey, and celebrating those rewarding before-and-after moments. Known for her approachable nature, Selina is always happy to have a chat, put patients at ease, or crack a light-hearted joke when the moment calls for it, because great care goes hand in hand with a great experience.

Gabby is a Registered Nurse from the UK with extensive experience in acute hospital settings across various specialties.
Joining Elite Hair Clinic in 2023, Gabby discovered her passion for hair transplants. She finds fulfilment in supporting patients throughout their journey and witnessing the positive impact on their confidence. Working alongside a friendly and knowledgeable team has enhanced her experience.

Hair Transplant
FUE involves extracting healthy hair follicles from a donor area (usually the sides of the head or back of the neck) and grafting them onto thinning or bald areas. These may include your beard, eyebrows, hairline or other areas of concern on the scalp. Follicles are taken using an extraction instrument less than 1 mm in diameter and implanted using a powerful stereo microscope.
