Dr Will
Managing Partner, Hair Transplant Doctor
Dr William Jarvis, Medical Practitioner, General Registration, MED0002194798
He went on to complete Diplomas in both Tropical Medicine and Disaster Relief. He moved to Australia to work as an Emergency Doctor and has worked overseas doing humanitarian work during this time. He remains a reserve field doctor for Doctors without Borders, in the event of a global natural disaster.
During his time working in the Emergency Department, he gained an interest in cosmetic medicine and practiced this extensively alongside emergency medicine, working with Fresh Clinics and independently as a cosmetic injector. He became interested in hair transplant and was trained internally under Dr Sam and Thelma at Elite Hair Clinic in the latest micro FUE transplant techniques. He has also trained internationally with the London Hair Restoration Training Academy and is completing a Professional master’s degree in Hair Transplantation. Dr Will has now taken over from Dr Sam as Lead Hair Transplant Doctor for EHC.

Practice Nurse Manager
Originally from the UK, Jess is the Practice Nurse Manager at our hair transplant clinic, bringing experience in both district nursing in London and community nursing in Australia.
After relocating to Australia in 2024, she continued her work in community care before moving into the hair restoration field. Growing up, she imagined becoming either a nurse or a hairdresser — a path that has come full circle as she now combines clinical expertise with aesthetic focus to support patients through their hair restoration journey.
Dedicated, calm and patient-focused, Jess ensures every individual feels informed, comfortable and well cared for throughout their experience at the clinic.

Hair Transplant
FUE involves extracting healthy hair follicles from a donor area (usually the sides of the head or back of the neck) and grafting them onto thinning or bald areas. These may include your beard, eyebrows, hairline or other areas of concern on the scalp. Follicles are taken using an extraction instrument less than 1 mm in diameter and implanted using a powerful stereo microscope. Our team carefully implants the hairs at the right angle, replicating the way your original hair grows.
